What are the cost of tickets?
Tickets purchased in advance online are $30/adult, $25/veteran or active military, and $20/child. Children under 4 get in free and do not need a physical ticket. Advanced purchase tickets are not available online the day of the performance. Tickets are always available at the door. Door prices are $35/adult, $25/veterans and active military, and $25/child. VIP seats are $75 each. Can I purchase tickets over the phone? Yes, but there is a $5 fee added per ticket. Is there a senior discount? We do not offer a senior discount. We do offer a discount for veterans or active military of $25/person and a group discount of $22/person. Where are the performance located? The performances take place at our farm located at 17000 Wadsworth Rd, Old Mill Creek, IL 60083. To enter the farm use the east entrance marked with our sign and flags. I do not see tickets online, does this mean the show is sold out?
Our online tickets are not available the same day as the performance. Tickets will always be available at the door. I don't think I will be able to attend the performance on the original date I chose. Can I exchange my tickets and come another day? No, our tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unsure of which date to buy for we encourage you to purchase an "Anytime Season Ticket". These tickets are "flexible" and can be used at any performance during the year. How long is the performance? The performance is typically 90 minutes long and includes a 15 minute intermission. When are the performances? The performances run from Mid-June through Mid-September on select Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. To view our full performance schedule click here. Can you recommend a place to stay? We work with two local hotels to provide you with the most affordable rates available: The Lotus Suites in Wadsworths and the Hampton Inn in Gurnee. Mention our name to receive a reduced rate. |
Seating and RestroomsAre the performances indoors?
The performances are outside unless it rains. If it rains the performances will be moved indoors. The indoor facility is not air conditioned. Is there shade outside? All seating areas are covered, however during certain times of the season some seats may be exposed to the sun. We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, and or sunglasses. What time should I arrive? We recommend arriving no later than 12:45 for a Matinee Performance or 5:45 for an Evening Performance. Our seating is first come, first served so to get the best seats come early. Our gates open at 11:30 am for Matinee Performances and 4:30 pm for Evening Performances. Is there a place to sit and eat my food? Yes, we have a tent with tables and chairs to sit at or feel free to take your food back to your seats. Click here for our cafe menu. What type of restroom facilities do you have? We have portable restrooms. What type of seating do you provide? Our seating is mostly bleacher seating. All tickets are general seating. There are some seats with backs available, but they go quickly. |
Amenities and AccessibilityIs the facility handicapped accessible?
Our facility is handicapped accessible. We have a shuttle that runs from the parking lot to the performance arena before and after the show for any guests who may be in need of it. There is a reserved section for our handicapped guests, in which seats with backs are available. We also have handicapped accessible restroom facilities. Roads are gravel so can be slower with some wheel chairs. Please note that our performances are generally outdoors and there is some uneven terrain to navigate. Do you have indoor restrooms? Our restroom facilities are portable toilets. Can I ride the horses? We do not offer horseback riding. Will I get a chance to see the horses in the stable? Every performance is followed by a self-guided tour through our stables. All of our trainers and riders will be on hand to answer any questions you might have. And several of our stallions will be opening their doors to meet you in person. May I bring my own food or beverages? We do not allow outside food or beverages. We do allow water in unmarked containers to be brought in, but otherwise we ask that you finish any outside food or beverage before you check in at the box office.
